Do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
Allow for extra days transport around public holidays
What are the rules around alcohol delivery?
We can’t leave restricted goods such as alcohol unattended at an address. Please make sure that someone over the age of 18 will be available to take the delivery – and they must have their ID on them.
What do you charge for delivery?
Shipping is charged based on the postcode of the delivery address, you’ll see any charges at checkout. Our current delivery charges are:
$7 for orders up to $50
$10 for orders over $50.
Shop orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays.
Delivery to the North Island 1-2 days from being shipped. South Island is usually 2-3 days,
Add one day for Rural deliveries.

Can I pick-up my order in store?
We have a Click & Collect service available, please select this option at checkout. Collect your parcel at: 1470 Omahu Road Hastings New Zealand
I no longer want my order. What should I do?
If you are unhappy about any aspect of your delivery or would like to return your order, please contact us here with your order details.
My order has missing or broken, what do I do?
If your order has been damaged prior to delivery or is missing items, please contact us here with your order details. We will then look into arranging a replacement or a refund.
If you do want to return your order for a refund please send it back to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return your order to; Roosters Brewery 1470 Omahu Road, Hastings 4175. The refund will be processed in 1 working day
